Extremely helpful staff, INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL views of the cathedral, everything is perfect. Its location is ideal, close enough to centre of the town, Ciudad Rodrigo, and the city walls. The place to have dinner at a walking distance from the hotel is Zascandil, enjoyed this place.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

This hotel is a great base to explore the charming city center with its historic sites and lively atmosphere. It is located right at the city square, making it convenient to walk to all the local attractions. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was especially cozy. The glass balcony added a lovely touch to the room, allowing us to enjoy the views with its windows open. The breakfast included was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day.

Located near cathedral with ample parking. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast with good choices. Room had a balcony and updated bathroom.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Great view from balcony.
Very thin walls and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. As is common with many hotels, they only give you a small sachet of shampoo and shower gel, which really is too small for one shower. Although it didn't affect us because the weather was good, we noticed that there was no heating in the bathroom.

A one-minute hotel. One minute from the Central Plaza, one minute from the Cathedral, one minute from most historical sites. Perfect for the city-trip
A Bathtub would be nice, as well as a more than toast-coffee-orange Juice Breakfast.

Possibly the best and good stay of the visit to the hotel. The location amazing and ideal next to cathedral. Just off the centre of the town, the local restaurants, and a very deep slope.
